Delivery Options – Worldwide
Standard Delivery – Free
– For UK orders: Delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service, usually arrives in 2-3 working days.
– For outside of UK orders: Delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service, usually arrives in 7-15 working days.
Next Working Day Delivery – £5.00
– For UK orders: Delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service.
*Important update from Royal Mail for this service: We will no longer guarantee deliveries by 1.00pm the next working day for items posted from Tuesday 31 March 2020 onwards. From this date we will instead guarantee deliveries by 9.00pm.
– For outside of UK orders: Sorry we don’t offer this service.
How fast are orders being processed?
For in stock items
– We process in stock items within 2 business days, then ship them via Royal Mail.
For made-to-order items
– We state an estimated lead time on every made-to-order product page, however we will send you an accurate dispatch date via email when the production is finished.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you want to cancel or modify your order send an email to contact@oatsandrice.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to update or cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use Stripe to process the payments. Stripe accepts all major debit and credit cards.
Return Policy
For in stock items
– Purchases may be returned within 15 days. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Refunds may only be issued to the payment card used to make the original purchase.
– Free return will only be offered when the items are faulty. If you want to return the order for any other reason, you will have to cover the shipping cost. Please contact us at contact@oatsandrice.com for the return address.
For made-to-order items
– We don’t accept returns unless it’s a faulty item. Please inspect it within 48 hours after receiving it and notify us ahead at contact@oatsandrice.com with proof of the item being damaged. We will send you return postage via email if we approve your return request.
What if my item(s) are damaged, defective or incorrect?
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact contact@oatsandrice.com, attach a picture of what’s wrong and your order number. We’ll take care of you!
When can I expect a refund?
Please allow 2-3 working days for your refund. We’ll send you an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
Import duty tax and VAT
For orders outside UK we are not responsible for paying import duty tax and VAT. Please check your country’s trade tariffs.
