  • UK Orders

Free Shipping: Orders over £100 ship free via Royal Mail 24 Tracked, typically delivered within 1–2 business days.

Flat Rate: Orders under £100 ship via Royal Mail 24 Tracked for a £4 flat rate, also delivered within 1–2 business days.

  • EU Orders

Free Shipping: Orders over £300 ship free via DHL, with delivery in 5–7 business days.

Flat Rate: Orders under £300 ship via DHL for a £14 flat rate, with delivery in 5–7 business days.

  • US Orders

All orders ship via DHL’s DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. A flat rate of £20 applies per order. Delivery is typically within 5–7 business days.

We cover import duties and taxes on your behalf.

  • All Other Orders

All orders ship under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) service. A flat rate of £20 applies per order. Delivery is typically within 5–7 business days.

You will be responsible for paying import duties and taxes.

  • Order Processing Time

All in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.

  • Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

Return Policy

We hope you love your Oats & Rice pieces, but if you need to return something, here’s everything you need to know:

For UK Customers

  • 14-Day Return Period
    You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery, for any reason, to receive a full refund.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items
    If your item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product, we will arrange a free return collection.
  • Change of Mind Returns
    If the item is not faulty or incorrect, you must cover the return shipping cost to our UK warehouse.
  • Returns After 14 Days
    Returns requested after 14 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

For EU Customers

  • 14-Day Return Period
    As per EU consumer law, you are entitled to return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery, without providing a reason, for a full refund.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items
    If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange a free return collection.
  • Change of Mind Returns
    For all other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost to our Poland warehouse.
  • Returns After 14 Days
    Returns requested after 14 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

For US Customers

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Shipping Service
    All US orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service — this means we pay import duties and taxes to US Customs on your behalf.

  • 14-Day Return Period
    You may return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery.

    • If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will issue a full refund including shipping and taxes.

    • If your item is not faulty, we will refund only the product price. Shipping, import duty, and tax paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

  • Returns After 14 Days
    Returns requested after 14 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
